This is a pic from a little while ago. I've always been really interested in armour. My mum has a plate with a painting of a knight in full armour and regalia on it that I've loved for such a long time! Though I'm pretty sure this is unfeasible and fantastical, amethyst is a beautiful thing for fantasy armour to be made of, no? ;p (Though it's a b*tch to colour lol xI)

What kind of brush did you use? And was it everal layers for the different colors? It's so puuurrdddyyy

I used a Crayon brush for the lines and a Marker brush for the colourng! As far as I remember I drew it on one layer, added a base colour scheme on a separate layer and merged them. Then I completed the picture as one layer~ :>

Maybe it would be fun to do an opal suit of armor? I think it would be interesting to experiment with iridescence.
