I saw the most stunning evening sky the other night, when I was driving through the countryside; the horizon was warm orange, fading into green and then deep blue with one brilliant star right overhead, the hills in the distance were silhouetted against it, speckled with little lights from lone vehicles and farmhouses. I kept the image in my head for ages and then decided to use it for a picture! Drawing that van was so hard!
So many times when I see similar scenes while driving I wish I could just stop the car and capture the mood right then... Great job with this one!!!! ... and the van is very well done. I like it's addition to the foreground as well as the warmth of it's head and tail lights.
This is so lovely. The atmosphere is so charming, i wish i could be there... i really like this drawing, it has an important details that makes it really beautiful. An no words about how much i love your imagination and coloring way By the way i remember you uploaded WIP of that on Tumblr but i cant find it nowhere... :
I have to say, I know that this might seem a bit out of the blue - but this piece really touched me in a way that I feel summarizes the entire culmination of your work. Its touching, its heartfelt, the technical skill is apparent, and....it gets at the nostalgic emotion that every single one of your drawings touch at.
So, I'm not quite sure how to put it into words, but I really appreciate this work.
i don't comment very often on your page because i'm not very good with english but i'm a big fan of yours. your artstyle is so poetic, delicate and warm that it would be impossible not to drool each time you post something XD
I really like the feeling in this particular picture. Did you use textures on it? Or noises with photoshop?
AAAAAAAAA I AM MELTING INSIDE LIKE A LINDT TRUFFLE THIS JUST- jsl/f <3 hggg It's so nice to see your art when I'm as overworked as I am right now. Honestly this just makes me incredibly happy. Agh I think I can finish my essays, OKAY!!
Ah, just.. thank you so much for existing, please... please continue to make beautiful things. And if you ever make an artbook I will buy it in a heartbeat. I don't care if I have to sell an arm and a leg for it, your pretty-pretty picures are worth it completely.
